Dr Rebekah Dervley offers a range of high quality psychological expert witness services in written and oral evidence for court, including adults, child protection, and immigration matters, having worked as an independent expert witness since 2021. Dr Dervley provides criminal law assessments including assessments of mental illness (e.g. depression, anxiety, psychosis, obsessive compulsive disorder) and trauma/C-PTSD and the link to risk, risk of violence and sexual offending, cognitive assessments, and specialist assessments for ADHD.

Dr Dervley has specialist knowledge in violence and sexual risk assessment, including HCR-20 & FAM (violence risk assessment), SARA (domestic violence risk assessment), RM2000, ACUTE-2007 and STABLE-2007 (sex offending risk assessments), in addition to specialist training in the assessment of deliberate fire setting and internet sexual offending behaviour.
